Define Human resources.

It is the area and department of a company that is responsible for the recruitment and selection of possible personnel for certain jobs. They are in charge of analyzing the profiles of the applicants according to their skills and abilities that best suit the job position.

What is the role of human resources? Define in detail.

The role of the human resources area is the selection of human talent according to the needs of the company or organization in question

What is Capital?

Capital is all that instrument or resource that is used, stored or produced for the use of itself in an organization. Capital can be technological, financial, human and intellectual

In your opinion, is human resources necessary? Explain. 

I think that the human resources area is the most important of every organization, because is in charge to select the most competitive people, according the job vacancy that exists. I think without human resources, the organizations without human resources, organizations would lack good administration, and therefore, a synergistic environment and a good performance of the links or departments involved

What are the main areas of Human resources?


The recruitment, selection and training of labor personnel; care for a good work environment and interpersonal relationships, and maintain a balance and balance between the rights and benefits of employees

    Completely agree, the human resources area is the most important, without it, there would be chaos when it comes to the selection of personnel for the other areas of the company.

    I agree with you, HR is the most vital department a organization can have because employees are the foundation of their success and managing them correctly and making them feel valued is the key to a productive work environment
